(1) The Commission shall submit its report to the Ministry after conducting preliminary investigation regarding the accident.
(2) The Commission shall send a copy of the report submitted to the Ministry in accordance with sub-rule (1) to the following states and organizations:-
(a) State of Registration,
(b) State of Operator,
(c) State of Design,
(d) State of Manufacturer,
(e) States providing necessary information, remarkable facilities and expertise in relation to accidents, and
(f) If the weight of the crashed aircraft exceeds two thousand two hundred and fifty kilograms, the International Civil Aviation Organization.
(3) The preliminary report as per sub-rule (2) should be prepared in English language and sent by any electronic means or post within thirty days of the accident.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (3), upon receipt of information of a nature that directly affects flight safety, such information shall be sent as soon as possible by the fastest means.
